Trustees
Trustees are appointed for a term of 3 years, and may only serve 2 consecutive terms, being appointed by an unanimous agreement of the trustees.
They deal with the governance and administration of the fellowship and work closely with the leaders and elders in seeking and discerning God's direction for the fellowship.
They are also responsible for helping grow leaders and recognising an individuals spiritual gifts and ensuring they are then developed and used within the fellowship.
Trustees need to have gifts that include:
Wisdom, discernment, encouragement administration and the ability to see the bigger picture and its ramifications.
Leaders
Leaders are responsible for specific areas of the fellowship, ie home groups or worship according to their individual gifts and talents.
They aid the discipleship and growth of individuals in their areas and seek to grow new leaders under the direction of the Holy Spirt.
Leaders need to have gifts that include:
Leadership, wisdom, discernment and pastoral care.
Elders
Elders have no direct responsibilities within the fellowship but may be called upon, by the trustee or leaders, to seek God's plans and direction for the fellowship.
Individuals may also go to elders for prayer and guidance on matters in their own lives they feel they need spiritual support with.
Elders are appointed by the trustees as being recognised as having spiritual maturity with gifts in:
Wisdom, knowledge and discernment.
